As more people integrate yoga into their lifestyle, many yoginis and new-comers seek to practice yoga    during pregnancy. Physicians are now even recommending yoga to their patients. Due to the needs of        this unique group, the professional yoga instructor has a responsibility to keep up with the specialized knowledge required for teaching this segment of our yoga community. YOGASTEPSTM offers a teacher training certification dedicated to the yoga instructor community. We provide timely knowledge, instruction   and commentary, whether accommodating this special participant in one of your regular classes or       teaching a designated Pre-Natal Yoga class.

Several thousand years ago, the ancient yogis discovered the Meridian System and the Chakras. It was within these two systems that Prana, the “Life Force” Energy flowed. Chakras are spinning vortexes within our energy bodies. There has been much study and writings on the Chakras. Recently, new research with advanced scanning technology is now “seeing” the Chakras.

“Chakra Energy” determines how wegrow, function, act and feel…‘Un-blocking” stagnant energies in the chakras allows prana to flow in the meridians, which then leads to good health, more energy, better relation-ships and a better life. Learn how to cleanse, open, innervate, and empower your chakras with:                  ‘Chakra Yoga!’Tuition: each module is: $49 Early Bird, $59 at Door, or - $90 for Both
